Why won't QnVoice record?
Check that QnVoice has microphone permission in your device's Settings. Features that transcribe a recording may also ask for speech recognition permission. If on-device recognition is not available, try typing the phrase instead.
What makes a good voice sample?
Read the sample passage for about 30 seconds in a quiet room at your usual speaking volume. You can also import a recording of up to 90 seconds. Use only your own voice or one you have permission to clone.
Why is a language unavailable offline?
Open Settings > Offline languages in QnVoice and finish any Apple language or speech downloads while connected. Native translation voices require iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. Availability varies by language, device, and system version.
Why does the microphone pause during translation?
Super Translator works one spoken turn at a time. It pauses the microphone while playing the translated speech, then listens again. Wait for playback to end before the next person speaks.
How do I restore QnVoice Pro?
QnVoice Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. When the purchase is available, use Settings > Restore purchases while online and signed in to the Apple Account that bought it. Apple handles billing and purchase history.
How do I remove my data?
Delete a voice in Voices or a saved recording in Phrases. To clear all local voices, phrases, and settings, use Settings > Reset to factory settings. Apple purchase records and any files you shared elsewhere are not erased by this reset.
Read the getting-started guide or the QnVoice Privacy Policy for more details.
