Core diagnostics work without extra hardware. Nearby access-point lists, RSSI, and channel observations require the optional, compatible NetScope Scanner Bluetooth accessory. An iPhone alone does not expose those Wi-Fi scans to the app.
LiDAR room capture needs supported hardware. Results depend on your connection, test destination, device, and network permissions. Diagnosis suggests likely causes; it does not change router settings for you.

Saved measurements, device notes, and surveys stay in the app’s local storage. The advisor runs on the device. Internet tests contact the destinations you test, so those services receive ordinary network request information.
