Read the objective before rushing forward
Check what the episode or defense mission asks you to protect, collect, or defeat. A fast opening is useful only when it serves the objective.
Learn one pattern per attempt
Watch how enemies enter, where hazards appear, and which attacks leave an opening. Use each retry to test one adjustment in movement, timing, companion choice, or positioning.
Upgrade for your actual weak point
Choose improvements that solve the part of the run that ends most often. If survival is the problem, prioritize consistency. If the defense holds but the clock wins, improve damage or route efficiency.
