Stats over time

Built for kids, students, and 100-WPM hopefuls

Same app, three audiences. Beginner-friendly tutorials, race-against-yourself game modes, and a Code Snippets mode for grown-ups who type Swift, JavaScript, or Python.

Five Game Modes

Classic Speed Test, Falling Words, Word Race, Whack-a-Word, and Code Snippets. Each rewards a different typing skill — endurance, focus, accuracy, speed, precision.

22 Interactive Tutorials

Tiny sandboxes — not videos, not text walls — that teach right-click, drag, copy/paste, undo, save, find, the modifier keys, the home row, and more.

Three Difficulty Levels

Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — each tunes the word list, pace, time pressure, and scoring multipliers.

Four Themes

Hybrid (default), Minimal, Cartoony, and Retro Arcade. Pick one in Settings — colours, fonts, animations, and per-mode art all change with it.

Stats & Achievements

Aggregate WPM and accuracy over time, a heatmap of the keys you most often mistype, per-mode personal bests, and twelve achievements to chase.

Accessibility

High-contrast typography, optional dyslexia-friendly font, configurable key-click sound, and softened "losing a life" mechanics. Made to be welcoming, not punishing.

Everything Stays on Your Mac

No accounts. No analytics SDKs. No ad SDKs. No server. Uninstall and it's gone.

All stats, settings, and game results are stored locally in the app's sandbox container. KeyStrike never makes a network request. There is no account to create, no telemetry to disable, and no third-party SDK doing anything in the background.
