AbacusMind teaches Soroban skills, finger movements, mental visualization, arithmetic, and Flash Anzan. This policy explains the app's local storage and the limited Apple services it can contact.
No account or developer backend
AbacusMind does not require a QnSub account, name, email address, social login, or public profile. QnSub does not receive your course progress, practice history, answers, achievements, personal records, settings, or parent overview.
Information stored on your device
AbacusMind uses local storage for completed lessons, lesson and practice results, accuracy, practice time, skill ratings, achievements, personal records, streaks, daily-routine state, finger-training timing and consistency, mental-stage progress, app settings, onboarding state, and a cached purchase entitlement.
System narration
Optional narration uses speech voices installed and provided by the operating system. AbacusMind does not record your voice and does not request microphone permission. Narration text is app learning content and is not sent to a QnSub service.
Purchases, restore, and update checks
AbacusMind can contact Apple to load, purchase, restore, and observe AbacusMind Lifetime and, if enabled, to look up whether a newer App Store version is available. An update lookup sends the app bundle identifier and storefront country to Apple's App Store service. Apple processes payment credentials, transaction history, refunds, and Apple Account records under Apple's policies. QnSub does not receive payment-card details.
External support links
Opening an external support or community link leaves AbacusMind. The destination, such as Discord or your selected email app, has its own privacy practices. QnSub receives only the information you deliberately send.
Analytics, advertising, AI, and tracking
AbacusMind has no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, AI API, or developer backend. It does not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or request App Tracking Transparency permission.
Backups
Local app data may be included in device or iCloud backups according to your Apple device and backup settings. QnSub cannot access or control those backups.
Your controls and deletion choices
- Turn optional narration, sound, haptics, and automatic update checks on or off in Settings.
- Use Reset to Factory Settings to delete local learning records and preferences and return to onboarding.
- Delete the app to remove its ordinary local container.
- Manage Apple-controlled backups through your device or Apple Account settings.
- A real Lifetime purchase remains in Apple's records and can be restored after a reset.

Children
AbacusMind is an educational app that may be used by families. It does not knowingly collect personal information through a QnSub service because it has no account or developer data backend.
Changes and contact
QnSub may update this policy when features or data practices change. For questions, email appsupport@qnsub.com. Support cannot view or remotely delete data stored only on your device or in Apple-managed backups.
