AbacusMind does not upload your lessons, answers, finger-training measurements, mental-stage progress, practice history, achievements, or settings to QnSub.
Reset local learning data
Open Settings > Reset to Factory Settings, review the warning, and confirm. This removes local learning records, preferences, and the debug purchase simulation and returns to the introduction.
Control narration and update checks
Use Settings to turn optional system narration and automatic update checks on or off. Narration uses voices installed on the device. When enabled, the update lookup contacts Apple's App Store using the app bundle identifier and storefront country.
Manage Lifetime access
Apple controls payment credentials, transaction history, refunds, and Apple Account records. Resetting or deleting AbacusMind does not erase a real purchase. Restore Purchases asks Apple to validate the entitlement; it does not restore deleted learning progress.
Manage backups
Local AbacusMind records may exist in Apple-managed device or iCloud backups. Review your Apple backup settings to manage those copies. QnSub cannot access or remove them.
External links
AbacusMind opens support and community destinations only when you choose them. The external app or website then controls any information you send. You can instead contact QnSub directly at the support email below.
Delete the app
Deleting AbacusMind removes the app and its ordinary local container. Apple-controlled purchase history and backups may remain until you manage them through Apple.
Permissions and tracking
AbacusMind does not record audio or request microphone, camera, location, contacts, photo-library, notification, or App Tracking Transparency permission. There are no ads or cross-app tracking.

Email appsupport@qnsub.com with “AbacusMind Privacy Choice” in the subject. QnSub cannot remotely erase records that were never uploaded.
