Height tracking is most useful when measurements are taken consistently and interpreted as a long-term record. Teen Max Height helps organize that record, but it does not predict final height or replace professional medical advice.
Use the same setup each time
Measure without shoes, on a flat floor, against a vertical wall, and at roughly the same time of day. Stand naturally with the head level. If LiDAR conditions are poor, use careful manual entry instead of forcing an estimate.
Pay attention to trends, not tiny changes
Posture, hair, footwear, device angle, and time of day can change a single reading. Space measurements out and look at the broader trend. Repeating a questionable result is more useful than treating it as a milestone.
Keep the conversation supportive
Growth varies widely. Avoid comparisons, promises, or pressure around a number. Use reports as an organized record for family conversations, and bring health or development concerns to a qualified clinician.
