These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StudioBlur Camera app ("StudioBlur", "the app") published by QnSub ("we", "us"). By downloading or using StudioBlur, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use StudioBlur on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, Apple's standard EULA governs for the app license.
2. What StudioBlur does
StudioBlur is a creator camera app that records processed videos with background blur, custom backgrounds, color scenes, and built-in animated backgrounds. It is a creative utility and does not provide professional, legal, medical, safety, or compliance advice.
3. Purchases and refunds
StudioBlur is planned as a paid App Store download. All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive or store your payment card details, and we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem site.
4. Your content and rights
You are responsible for the videos, photos, background videos, audio, names, logos, people, locations, and other content you record, import, save, or share with StudioBlur. Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you use or publish.
5. Privacy
StudioBlur is local-first: it has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and does not transmit your recordings or backgrounds to QnSub. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse StudioBlur, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or circumvent its intended operation except as permitted by law. You also agree not to use the app to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
7. No warranty
StudioBlur is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Background segmentation and camera processing results can vary based on lighting, device model, camera quality, movement, and scene complexity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QnSub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use StudioBlur. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to the app and these Terms
We may update StudioBlur and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
These Terms apply while you use StudioBlur. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the license if you materially breach these Terms.
