A useful relaxation routine should be easy to begin and easy to stop. Relax Pack puts three different tools in one place so you can use only what helps: a repeating haptic pattern, modest device warmth, and a quieter audio background.
Start with one clear goal
Decide what the next few minutes are for. You might want to settle after a commute, soften the transition away from work, or make a cold outdoor wait feel less stark. A narrow goal makes it easier to choose a mode and duration.
Choose haptics for a steady physical cue
Begin with Soft Pulse or Ocean Wave at the lowest comfortable intensity. Keep Relax Pack visible because Core Haptics sessions run only in the foreground. If the pattern becomes distracting, lower the intensity or stop it; stronger is not automatically better.
Use Warm mode within its safeguards
Warm mode creates modest warmth through a bounded foreground workload. It is not a heater and does not target a temperature. Start with Gentle, keep the phone uncovered and visible, and stop if the device or your hand feels uncomfortable. Relax Pack watches thermal and battery conditions and applies a firm session limit.
Build an audio layer that can fade away
Choose one bundled track or start with a single generated soundscape. Add layers only when each one contributes something. A sleep timer between 15 and 120 minutes can end playback without another decision, and Lock Screen controls keep the app from demanding attention.
Save the combination that works
Try one of the eight built-in Relax Combos first. The one-time Pro unlock can save a custom routine with your haptic pattern, warmth level, music, up to three soundscapes, and duration. Name it after the moment it serves, such as Evening Reset or Cold Commute.
Keep it comfortable and private
Relax Pack is a comfort utility, not medical care. Stop any mode that feels uncomfortable. Your preferences, custom combos, and session statistics stay on your iPhone; there is no Relax Pack account, advertising profile, or analytics feed.
