Requirements
Relax Pack supports iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Vibrate mode requires a physical iPhone that supports Core Haptics; the iOS Simulator cannot reproduce the experience.
Frequently asked questions
Why does vibration stop when I leave the app?
Core Haptics sessions are intentionally foreground-only. Keep Relax Pack visible and your iPhone unlocked while a vibration session is active. The app keeps the screen awake during the session.
How does Warm mode work?
Warm mode runs a bounded foreground processor workload to create modest device warmth. It is not a heater and it does not promise a specific temperature. Choose Gentle, Cozy, or Toasty, keep the app visible, and follow the safety acknowledgement shown before use.
Why will a Warm session not start or continue?
Relax Pack may reduce or stop the workload because of the iPhone thermal state, Low Power Mode, charging conditions, or a battery level below 15% while unplugged. A warmth session also ends after a maximum of 30 minutes.
Can Sounds continue on the Lock Screen?
Yes. Audio can continue in the background and provides Lock Screen controls. A sleep timer can stop playback after 15 to 120 minutes. Playback also responds to phone calls, audio interruptions, and headphone changes.
What is a Relax Combo?
A Relax Combo starts a coordinated mix of vibration, warmth, music, and up to three soundscape layers. Eight built-in combos are included. Relax Pack Pro can save up to 12 custom combos.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Relax Pack Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. It unlocks longer custom durations and custom Relax Combos. Pricing and availability are shown in the app before purchase.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Relax Pack Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Relax Pack grants access only after StoreKit returns a verified entitlement.
What accessibility options are available?
Relax Pack supports VoiceOver, Voice Control, Dynamic Type, dark mode, Increase Contrast, Reduce Transparency, and Reduce Motion. Settings also include sound captions, reduced app animation, and optional button haptics.
How do I delete Relax Pack data?
Open Settings and choose Reset to Factory to stop active sessions and clear local preferences, custom combos, stats, review and update state, and local debug purchase state. You can also delete the app from your iPhone. A real App Store purchase remains in Apple's purchase records and can be restored.
Is Relax Pack medical care?
No. Relax Pack is a comfort and relaxation utility, not a medical device or treatment. Stop any mode that feels uncomfortable and follow your device manufacturer's safety guidance.
