Abacus does not create an account or upload your learning history, answers, progress, settings, or achievements to QnSub.
Reset local learning data
Open Settings > Data > Reset to Factory, review the warning, and confirm. This erases local progress and preferences, clears the cached or development purchase state, and returns to the introduction.
Manage the Pro purchase
Apple controls payment credentials, purchase history, refunds, and Apple Account records. Resetting or deleting Abacus does not erase a real App Store purchase. Use Restore Purchases to recover a verified entitlement.
Manage backups
Local Abacus data may exist in Apple-managed device or iCloud backups. Review your Apple device and backup settings to manage those copies. QnSub cannot access or delete them.
Delete the app
Deleting Abacus removes the app and its ordinary local container from the device. Apple-controlled purchase history and backups may remain until you manage them through Apple.
Permissions and tracking
Abacus does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, notifications, or App Tracking Transparency permission. There is no advertising or cross-app tracking setting because the app does not include either behavior.
Need help?
Email appsupport@qnsub.com with “Abacus Privacy Choice” in the subject. Since QnSub does not receive app data, support cannot remotely erase local or Apple-managed records.
