Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for haptics, purchases, safety, and privacy.
What devices does Phone Vibrate support?
Phone Vibrate is built for iPhone on iOS 18 or later. Haptic output depends on compatible hardware and system haptic settings.
Why does the app need to stay open?
iOS can stop Core Haptics when an app is locked, backgrounded, suspended, or interrupted. Keeping Phone Vibrate open and the screen awake gives sessions the best chance to run as expected.
Does Phone Vibrate work in the background?
No. Phone Vibrate is not an unrestricted background vibration service and does not use unrelated background modes to bypass iOS rules.
What is included for free?
The free version includes one 10-second haptic demo per app launch so you can confirm that the feature works on your iPhone before buying Full Unlock.
What does Full Unlock include?
Full Unlock is a one-time StoreKit purchase for longer sessions, duration customization, haptic modes, intensity controls, saved preferences, and restore purchases.
What should I do if haptics do not feel right?
Check that your iPhone supports custom haptics, system haptics are enabled, the device is not in a restricted mode, and the app is active on screen. Haptic strength varies by iPhone model.
Is Phone Vibrate a medical or massage app?
No. Phone Vibrate is a general-purpose haptic timer. It does not provide medical advice, treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or guaranteed physical benefits.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
